The Meridian
The Meridian is MPFinance’s most ambitious project: a cutting-edge Condhotel on the summit of the Calabona hill, where private residences and premium services merge into a single seafront experience.

Architecture and design
The Meridian is designed by Sergio Murgia and Artek Studio, with an architecture that interprets the morphology of the Calabona hill without overpowering it. The volumes open towards the sea, framing Capo Caccia and the coastline in a continual play of perspectives.
The materials – local trachyte stone, wood and glass – are in dialogue with the surrounding landscape, while expansive glazed surfaces dissolve the boundary between indoors and outdoors. Every residence is designed to capture the natural light of the Mediterranean from dawn to dusk.
Interiors are delivered turnkey, with premium finishes selected by MPFinance’s creative direction: every space is conceived to be lived in from day one.

The Condhotel formula
The Meridian adopts the Condhotel formula established under Article 31 of Italian Decree-Law No. 133 of 12 September 2014, converted into Law No. 164 of 11 November 2014, and Presidential Decree (D.P.C.M.) No. 13 of 22 January 2018: a model that combines full ownership of the residential unit with the advantages of an integrated hotel management structure.
In practice:
- Full ownership – The buyer holds full title to the residential unit and enjoys it with all the freedom of a private home.
- Hospitality integration – During periods of non-use, and at the owner’s discretion, the unit may be placed within the property’s hospitality operation.
- Unified management – Services, maintenance and guest reception are coordinated centrally, ensuring consistent standards and coherence with the project’s identity.
A private home that can be enjoyed personally — or, when desired, entrusted to professional management.

The Meridian rises on the summit of the Calabona hill, in a commanding position with a panorama that stretches from the coast of Alghero to the promontory of Capo Caccia.
